Ranked RP Issue After Crash and Reconnect in Apex Legends

I’d like to report a potential issue regarding Ranked Points (RP) in Apex Legends. Here are the details:

• Platform: PC
• Server Region: Taiwan
• Date & Time: Around 2025/07/29 10:36 (local time)
• EA ID / Username: そうままる・ちよ
• Rank at the Time: Just reached Diamond IV (around 7000 RP)
• Match Situation: I experienced a crash during a ranked match (not a manual disconnect), but I successfully reconnected and completed the match. I also saw the RP gain screen at the end.
• Issue Description: After the match ended, I noticed that my rank had dropped from Diamond IV to Platinum I, despite gaining RP in that game. It seems the system may have penalized me for the crash even though I returned and finished the match properly.

Could you please confirm whether this behavior is intended? And is there any way to restore the lost RP if this was an error?
