Same issue as many others.
Played the game through Series 7 and it happened once. One that occasion, I used Task manager andreloaded: everything was OK again.
Now since Series 8, it's happened twice in 24 hours. The first time I had to reboot before it would work again. This time I've attempted reboot, Netbois and cache clearance all without success.
I've now uninstalled Apex and am redownloading (another 2 hours wasted).Details:
As I exit to lobby after a game I get the black screen with the "failed to get token from origin" message. On PC using Steam. Playing a Wraith in Silver II.
If this doesn't work I'll try the Steam api suggestion. If there's still no joy, Apex will be in the bin along with the T-Shirt I've been proudly wearing!Update: Deleting and downloading via Steam (as I originally did when I got the game) has fixed it. I'm back in for now.
My steam install was loading forever, i switched to origin client now i can get into the game, and the game loads faster.
Had login issue on the beginning of season 8 on the steam version too.
If you want to try this out it can be done without re-downloading the game in origin.

It's been such a long time since I could play this game that I've literally been having dreams about getting past the title screen. I assume we won't even be able to play in the chaos theory event which is a shame since that Kraber skin in the rewards tracker looks sick. The compensation better be worth the wait.
- There are accounts that have crossed (code:net) and they are in the lobby .. They said, try every day ,, and until now my account has not returned ,, I do not know why this delay for some accounts
