Did you try all the suggestions here? Also, when are you disconnecting? Is it mid-match or are you unable to connect at all?
Same with me. Its the menu screen that gives me the same error. HELP
UPDATE: CLEARING MAC ADRESS “CLEAR” worked!!!! Thank u i was so scared i wouldnt ever play again

My friend is still getting the same problem. He clears the mac address it works one game then he get kicked and seperated from us then cont log in again. Happened with his Xbox1 now his series X.
I have the same problem, same platform, tried all the same steps. Clearing alt MAC does not help, the problem is periodic. It doesn't happen all the time but when you get the error you can't log in for hours on end. All you can do is wait for the server to let you back in. It's not on our end. EA needs to fix the server issue. This is definitely not solved. @EA_Aljo

I've found that if all else fails, and nothing is working even after doing everything possible, it must be something is corrupt on the profile, what I ended up doing was deleting my Xbox account, hard reset, then re add the account and when I went into apex it started working. No one has mentioned this and I've read countless forums, I've tried it all as well and this was the only thing that worked for me and hopefully for everyone else that has tried everything to get nothing to work.
Hi I am having the same issue anytime I try to play any online games such as apex legends it tells me I'm not connected to the EA server. I started having this issue when we got a new router from Xfinity. We had issues with all our devices so we had to lower the firewall which fixed all our other devices (laptop, ring etc) however I've tried everything on the Xbox box one and it's still not working!
So I just got my Xbox cleaned and I went to go play Apex legends when I logged on apex and went to press A to continue I saw instead of saying A to continue it said something about Xbox live and ea something like that I'll attach an image if I can but I power cycled my Xbox did everything everyone recommend and none of it worked I have uninstalled the game twice and it's not just apex college football 25 has the same issue but games like star wars battle front 2 and skate 3 don't I've spent a long time playing apex and it's honestly annoying that this is happening I've had the issue for a couple days now if anyone has had the same issue please respond. And I forgot to say when I press a to retry or whatever it does the bing noise but nothing happens on screen I can't record it but imagine the lost connection to Xbox live and EA servers please check your internet connection screen but when I click retry it doesn't even retry
@Gatorboy8000 did you ever get a fix for this? I’m having this issue atm 😳🙃
@RogueLad1020No haven't gotten it fixed nothing has worked waiting for someone from ea to reply it's honestly annoying

Which Xbox console are you on? Also, if you could get a screenshot of the error, that would help.
Series s and it won't let me screenshot it but here is the jist it says lost connection to Xbox live and EA servers please check your internet connection or visit ea.com/unable to connect for additional information when I click a to retry it doesn't do anything all I hear is the little Bing noise

Out of curiosity, what is happening when you try to screenshot it?
Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
You can also try clearing the system cache.
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to System
- Click on Storage devices
- Clear local saved games
If you didn't power cycle previously with these steps, try this: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely.
So none of those worked

Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
As a test, switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot. I just want to see if a different network will let you connect.

Can you try using a wire? Even if you have to move close enough to your router to use one, it's worth trying as a test so we can rule out wireless issues.
