I also received a ban for "cheating" despite not actively playing the game. One day, I decided to return, logged in intermittently, and possibly switched operating systems or played in rookie lobbies, leading to an unexpected ban. I attempted to contact EA, but received the same automated response repeatedly. It feels like a mockery. I provided extensive information, writing over a thousand words, only to get an automatic reply that didn't address any of my concerns.
I invested 3000 hours and a significant amount of money into the game. It appears that this issue has affected others as well. It's disheartening that some cheaters with a lack of investment in the game, even at level 30, seem to go unnoticed, while dedicated players like us face bans for what appears to be an anti-cheat error. I don't mind bans if they can be rectified later, but the automated responses are frustrating.
To clarify, I prefer a system where cheaters are banned, even if some need to be unbanned later due to errors. However, it's crucial to address these issues individually rather than relying on automated responses.
