We cannot verify your account or make any account changes via the forums. Please make contact with an EA Help Advisor and let them know that 'Verify on a Recognized Device' is not working for you. Hopefully they will be able to verify your identity another way and then change your account email.

I have had many times. They said that’s the only way to fix it. They said I should wait a little before trying again. I did, yet still nothing happened. I have been told to end the conversation and try with another person. Over and over. Same results. 🫩
