    Hey there

I think you are suffering from high latency.

    I have 2 possible solutions:

    (if this is the problem)

    Change servers

Start apex legends but don't continue then wait for 60 seconds and press escape twice. You will see Data Center appear in the bottom corner.

If you scroll the list, Choose the server with the lowest ping / Packet loss.

    Connection Trouble Shooting

Follow steps on this site, It could solve the problem.

If nothing works, make sure you are not watching YouTube / downloading.

Let me know if this works.

(Can you post a picture of the clock?)

  • Please let me know if you find a fix for this! I have tried many things but I have a hunch my ISP needs to help me with it but please let me know if you ever get a fix.

I am getting regular timeouts that lasts about 15-30 seconds while trying to play on Sydney servers from New Zealand (great ping on other games ~50), I've tried re-installing and selecting the server in the title screen. Anyway the traceroute I ran shows some timeouts too: I am thinking it may be my ISP
