I play PS5, up to this season I had never really had any big issues with packet loss, now, no matter what server, gamemode, switching from LAN to WiFi.
Whatever you can think of, ends in 10%+ packet loss, is this a server issue? I am not keen on reinstalling the app but if I need to, lmk.
Is this a know issue; working on a fix?
I use land cable. It is a little bit better than normal Internet wi-Fi is not very good. Land cable is better and when you set up the land cable in the PlayStation settings if you have your Internet router close to you as a certain setting that you have to switch it too if it’s closer to you if it’s a little bit farther away from you you wanna put it on the other one 5 ghz only if it’s farther away from you you want to use this one if it’s close to you 2.4 ghz only this will be if it’s close to you and all that you wanna do is go into your network settings and then you wanna go and set up if you have to land cable set up or you’re Internet set up go to it and then hold the option button and it will pop this venue and it will be the very last thing in the menu. I’m hoping it helps you out another thing that you could use is look up good DNS codes that don’t have or you don’t lose packet loss or any of that stuff. I’m hoping that helps you as well while having a land cable.
