Red glowing texture bug

I got over 300 hours in Apex and something like that happened for the first time. Can someone tell me what was wrong?

I had some texture bugs before, also after recent patch i got this issue with loading textures, but this red glowing is something i have never seen before and it was making game unplayable.

Okay, issue with loading textures seems to be fixed by itself. I didn't change any graphic settings, it just started to use VRAM properly - like up to 3.5GB on High textures, instead of 500MB.
Also red glowing didn't appear anymore since the mentioned game, but i still wonder what could possibly be the issue in first place?
