redeemed apex coins on the wrong ea account

Hi i bought apex coins today as a redeemable code and when i went to redeem it i used the account that i use as a smurf very rarely to play with friends just starting the game. I forgot to log out and redeemed the 2150 apex coins on the smurf instead of my main. Is there a way to get the coins i redeemed on the smurf onto my main account i still have the code i redeemed it with if it's worth anything.
