Redeemed code but no apex coins

I've sent in 3 cases regarding my redemption of a code without obtaining the apex coins. I bought an EA card on amazon and redeemed the code through the website, then i logged into my EA apex and i didnt get the apex coins. I looked at the FAQ and it told me to talk to amazon support but they told me they cannot help me and I need to talk to EA directly.  I sent proof of purchase and proof of not obtaining rewards. I don't know what else to do, every single case was fixed or resolved but when i go back to apex nothing has changed. I'm honestly really annoyed now because I've basically lost money and i haven't been given any help yet. My case numbers are 183970804 183904213 183903266

    Hey there, 

    I'm really sorry to hear you didn't receive the Apex Coins you've purchased. When you created your case in EA Help, did you manage to speak to an agent via Chat or Email?

    Hello, I believe my first one it did open me to an agent and they asked for my name, but when i replied the case closed and it said that the issue was already fixed.

    Ok, in this case, you will need to contact them again as they haven't had a chance to investigate this for you. Please note that in case you play on Steam, they might ask you to install the game through EA app and launch it to see if the transaction is pushed through. So it's handy to have done that beforehand. 

    If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try: 

    1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
    3. Select "I want to update my EA Account information" 
    4. Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

    If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
