Redeemed code successfully but didnt receive anything

I redeemed a third-party digital key, the key in question is "6700 Apex Coins", I redeemed the key and got a popup saying this key has been redeemed successfully but it didn't since more than 48 hour...

Hey @ttv_sunled,

If the purchase was made from a third party retailer I'm afraid it would be up to them to issue a refund. That said, purchase issues are not something we can really look into here on Answers HQ. If there is specific information you need in order to request a refund I'd recommend following up with the EA Help team to see if they can help with that.
