Redeeming code error message

Hi. I've got the codes from the new Monster promotion. When I try to redeem them in game, I get an error message "Failed to parse". (note: yes these are not the codes from the cans, these are codes generated on Monsters own site)
Is this a known issue, or something wrong at my end?
