Retrieving matchmaking list… Apex Legends

im in the same boat as you, tried 15 different fixes, spent more than 4 hours talking with 5 diferent chat supports, and nothing fixed it. and i installed the game on my laptop and it works wonders connected to the same modem.. 

Did you find any fix yet ? This is happening to me right now and I'm on PC. I was playing fine earlier during the day and came back only to find this issue in the evening.

Same... i am stuck and cannot load into Apex Legends. After the first left click to continue, the screen will say "Retrieving Matchmaking List....."

Hey guys, we're seeing a spike in reports of this, but it looks like changing DNS can help. 

Changing DNS does nothing for me.

And why suddenly I'm playing fine last night then today I boot and cannot connect.....

Zzzz Can I be refunded for every pack Ive purchased please this is stupid.

You guys really need to sort this out I'm seeing reports everywhere of this same issues on every platform from PC, Ps4 and Xbox

@Grrrimey Can I check what region you're in? 

This is definitely affecting multiple platforms - I got it myself last night on PC and PS4 - but the DNS change has been largely successful. Can I check what DNS service you're using now?

It's possible your issue is a separate one unrelated to the one that's affecting folks right now, are you getting the same error message listed here or does your issue manifest differently?
