Returning Player with missing content
I'm a player attempting to return to Apex after a hiatus from 2019 till now. Upon returning I've found my Origin account devoid of any content/progress/friends, and the same is being exhibited by Apex. My in-game account shows that it is a fresh level one account with no seasonal stats or any additional in-game content even though I unlocked all of the characters up till wattson, and completed most of the season 2 battle pass. I have a friend that I played with at the time who has logged in to all of his things yet I'm not on their friend list anymore either. For proof I have an email from 2018 when I purchased premium membership for in-game currency with credit card information as well as discord screenshots of an in-game victory screen where my username is shown. I'd appreciate any assistance in resolving my issue.
