RP/Challenge adjustments shouldn't be made when Internal Server Error happens

Just got a (Server Shutting Down - Internal Server Error) and I got my RP adjusted as if the game completed correctly, and I also got a challenge completion. (got +24 RP from coming in second even though there were 18 squads when the server crashed, and I got a top 3 finish challenge completed as well.

Luckily this worked in my favor but if I lost my match entry cost to this I would be pretty annoyed.
