Says Account Disabled

Question

So I go to play FC24 and it says can’t login to EA because my account has been disabled. I haven’t played an EA game in a while so I get that. It give me a message saying account has been disabled and it gives me a QR code to scan with my phone so I can change my password to EA account. It says that’s all I need to do and it would work.
I change my password but the same message keeps popping up on my xbox to change the password. I do it and nothing … can someone help me fix this please… after I change my password I get this as you see in the picture
