Hey, @CdrKEEB can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂

@EA_Atic Hi, here's the DxDiag. I'm currently running old BIOS version because the newest has some performance issues. I have also tried to run Apex with the newest BIOS but the performance is as poor as with the old one. I have also tried the clean boot but nothing changed.
I asked my friend who has much better PC than me (Ryzen 9 3900x & RX 6800 XT) to test his FPS with the same resolution and settings in the exact same place in the map than I did. While I had about 100 fps, my friend had 120 fps, which is 20% higher than mine. His GPU is about 50% faster than mine, but is CPU is only about 20% faster. So he is also CPU bottlenecked like me, and it really looks like something happened with Season 12 patch and the game got much more CPU hungry.
Thanks for trying to help but I think that this is caused by the Season 12 patch, and I have a feeling that the PS4 FPS issues is caused by the same CPU bottleneck. Something changed after the patch, and performance got worse on all platforms.

I can report the same issues on my RX 6600XT. No problems before I upgraded my GPU from an RTX 2070.
Frame rates drop from 150+ to as low as 35 when I look from the edge of the map towards the middle of the map.
I've read posts trying to explain this away as architecture differences and blaming it on DX11, but something feels very wrong.
