Season 12 FPS problems are caused by increased CPU intensity. (CPU bottleneck)

Season 12 FPS problems are caused by increased CPU intensity. My system specs are Ryzen 5 2600 & RX 5700 XT @ 1440p 144hz monitor. Before Season 12 I had the same setup, except GPU was RX 580 8gb....

Please check your CPU temps, I found my CPU cooler had failed and I was being throttled at 100C.  Fixed to cooler, fixed my problems.
