Season 13 patching issues info gathering thread

When it's not crashes it's packet loss and prediction errors... The game looks like a powerpoint, it ruins my gaming experience but also that of my allies and when we have that when launching a part we know that it will last all along this one and that it is impossible to do anything about it, it is unbearable.

When you start a ranked game like this, you know it's already lost and you're going to lose points, it's tiring....
