On changing my graphics settings to get the maximum fps, I notices that when I hit 240 fps, the game gives me a prediction error (three red lines with dots symbol)
and stutters till the fps drops below 240 fps. Attached are pictures of my graphics settings and my dxdiag file.

Is it at all possible for an EA representative to comment on this? I’ve seen numerous posts on different platforms of social media stating the same issue with Xbox only. Get to lobby and it freezes and will turn your Xbox off most the time or rarely kick you back to dashboard. If you can manage to get in a match by readying up soon as you see your lobby and it’s playable until the game is over and you go back to lobby just to freeze crash. This is unacceptable that this hasn’t been addressed. I know I have my own posts about it here. Seen 2 others. And yet I haven’t seen one single response by an EA person. Also, the basic troubleshooting methods do not work! This has to be a more in depth issue. Patch issue or whatever. I can play any other games without issues on my Xbox. This is an Apex issue. Can we please get some help on this? I have been a player since day 1, spent over 2k dollars, and have a lot of time invested. I’d like some clarity that this is being looked at and investigated please!

@Freeksho13Bro been reading all your posts did everything exactly the same as you same * still is happening to me even redownloaded profile and moved contents/game from SSD to internal, still nothing the fact that there hasn’t been one response from the company is absolutely ridiculous, especially with the amount of business we give them.
