I can't start up the game. Whenever i try, I get to the beginning of the blue starting animation and then it just shuts off, no warning, no lag, no error message, just closes the game. Haven't been able to play for over two weeks since just after the season 13 update, have requested help before, and gotten radio silence. Would like help.
