I've been getting device hung errors since the start of season 13. My game crashed at least 3 times yesterday from that error. I have had at least a dozen crashes from the same error. The error box text also has a typo ("an design"). I can usually rejoin the game upon relaunching, but the relaunch time is long enough that I have been absent for whole fights in top 2/3 situations and come back to see game over.
A separate issue with whole-team crashes has occurred several times, as well. These are more recent, and may be from patches after season 13 launched. The entire squad gets disconnected, and I have yet to reconnect to my match successfully after experiencing one of these errors. I was given a 10 minute time-out from one of these crashes, but the other times I have simply been unable to reconnect to the match. My squadmates have had mixed success reconnecting, though neither of them has been given a penalty from it yet.
I have experienced a third issue that renders the game unplayable. This is so-far a one-off in a cross-server party (Denver on XBOX, Oregon on PC) playing arenas, the lag started jumping around from 70 ms to 120+ ms for me. My buddy on PC had lag upwards of 800 ms and truly could not play. I had a lot of missed inputs and continual jumpiness. I had trouble buying items before the round started. I would see 100+ damage register instantly after a brief period of no damage, and the movement of all players was skipping around. The arenas match started normally and this issue started around round 4 or 5. I have only played cross-server twice this season.
Finally, there have been a lot of issues that are certainly server-side. Lots of little lag spikes as well as some larger and more consequential spikes, all of them typically resulting in rubber-banding and occasionally take damage from the ring or fights having weird intermissions. Lag spikes are now in almost every game I play.

Going to try a fresh install (since EA App can't repair files) to see whether that fixes anything (I doubt it).
Another update: I have had a few games crash repeatedly. One game I crashed twice in a row. I just had a game with three consecutive crashes as the ring was coming in. Teammate crashed twice in a row as the next ring was coming in. My third crash was a new error code.
