Season 13 patching issues info gathering thread

When I try to load into a game no matter what i do after one game it says in the bottom left party member pre processing. Ive tried ,any things including, restarting my router, ps5, the game itself, My router ports, NAT type to 2 and it still says pre processing. I could wait all day to load and i still wont. Ive had this problem for weeks now and its just me that has it.
