Season 15 Didn't recieve reactive weapon skin (lvl 110)

Didn't receive level 110 weapon cosmetic after season end.

I played all the way to level 110 the previous season (Season 15) and hoped to receive the Charge rifle skin "Cosmic Cannon" but after completing the Battlepass I didn't receive the weapon skin which is made more annoying by the fact I also bought 20 levels just to get to the end as I didn't have time to finish the Battlepass due to work commitments. As an added insult I received the badge for getting to level 110 however the weapon skin seems to exist solely in the void. EA what are you guys doing??? Will I ever get the Cosmic Cannon skin or has my money gone to waste. Thanks for nothing guys, appreciate it! :')
