There's no targeting, this is open to anyone who wants to try it,. That said, we are aware there will be plenty of players for whom this won't be an option with their current hardware.
I believe any system capable of running the game in this mode would be well above any of the minimum required settings already.
If anyone's unsure about their hardware, as per the article you can check support on your GPU by running a dxdiag and checking the Feature Levels. 12_0 is required, if you don't have this then please don't use the DX12 beta feature.
Hello, I would just like to provide you with the feedback regarding the Dx12 option right now. Major issue I've noticed so far is with the Optics. Basically I've tried restarting the game multiple times while in dx12 mode, but every time you put any optics on a gun (i.e. Bruiser x2 as an example), you can't see reticle (if that's what it's actually called). Basically what it means is, no optics and you pretty much aim using the "muscle memory" if you will. I am not sure if the problem is only going on with my friend and me, but I highly doubt that's the case.
We both have latest updated drivers for everything.
he has 12600K intel cpu with 32gb ram and rtx 3070
My pc specs
ryzen 7 2700x, 16gb ram, rx 570 8gb model.
So far generally speaking it is as expected when switching from dx11 to dx12 of course and there is difference when it comes to graphics.
Will keep an eye out for any minor or major issue that pops up while playing like this.
