Hey @Ddawg224,

We're aware of the server error showing up currently, sorry for any confusion.

The Raptor's Claw heirloom is not currently purchasable until after the event. The server error will be removed shortly, but if you're looking to pick up the Raptor's Claw using heirloom shards it is only purchasable once the event ends.

I unboxed mythic shards in a random pack a few nights ago. For the past couple nights, I have been trying to buy the raptor's claw heirloom from the mythic shop, but it keeps giving me a server error message. It has gone on multiple days now, and there is no way EA would let their server be down that long from payments. Anyone have a similar problem before?
