Server error code 102122

How do I fix this error code 102122 unable to connect I have an Xbox and a Playstation but it works on my Xbox but not on my playstaion

Hey @GahzKing can you please tell us when exactly you receive that error on your console. Is it when you join the lobby?

Let me know what connection type you are using? Is it Wi-Fi or cable? Do you know when those problems started exactly?

At the title screen is where the error shows up

I use cable for my internet

And as far as I know it started when I got my playstation
