Sure almost seems like a fraud. Game tells us we need to buy 1800 Apex coins to buy this skin and direct us directly to where to purchase. We buy the Apex coins but when we try to unlock the skin it does not work. Buying Apex coins works fine tho
According to support(contacted them 3 times about this) it is supposed to work but they have "issues" at the moment and it's being resolved. But I have a hard time beliving this and I think they only go for scripted responses and have no answer or care about this issue as too few players are facing it. They just want to close the ticket and move on to next one until they can go home.
My first contact they had me clear the Origin cashe and ensured me it will work after I restart my PC. I told them I do not think this will work and it will just make me loose the support chat as I restart the PC. Meaning I have to contact support again and to contact support I have to queue between one to two hours. Support just answered that it will work to buy the skin after I restar the PC. It did work not and I had to sit and wait the queue again.
Second contact I was told it was just temporary issues and all I have to do is to wait. I did wait but nothing changed and we heard nothing from anyone that this issue was even being looked at.
Third contact after waiting for ages I was again told that the issue is being resolved and we need to wait. Also that the game studio was aware of it and working on resolving it. I asked for confirmation that it was beeing looked into, resolved and that the studio was aware but they just told me to follow their social channels. There is absolutely no post about this issue.

We can buy the Apex coins but once we go back to unlock the skin that asked us to purchase these Apex coins it does not work. Their support told us multiple times that it is supposed to work and the game studio is aware of the issue and it is being resolved. But we are given no information or proof that it is.
