stuck initializing

for the past 2 weeks my game loads up to the menu and when i right click to enter it gets stuck on initialising then gives me and error. i have tried everything. i have verified the files on steam EA andd on epic games. i have deleted and downloaded the game on all 3 platforms and it still hasnt fixed. ive searched on the internet and cant find a solution that has helped me. i asked in the forum for a solution with no help so far and have contacted ea but they havent helped either. wondering if anyone knows how to fix it
