SERVER ERROR when buying skin with Apex coins. SCAM?

I tried to buy the skin "Angel City Pacer" for Pathfinder. It said I need to add 1800 Apex coins to purchase it so I bought 2150 Apex coins. When I try to buy this skin I only get "SERVER ERROR" and ...

As of right now (regular checking in between games), the purchase option for the aforementioned items has been disabled.

But is there an update on help for those of us who bought currency to get this skin?

They are now aware of it so they probably just remove the possibility to buy it this way and consider it case closed. People affected by this is probably not their priority especially as they just sold some extra Apex coins that we would not have purchased otherwise.

Sad that I have this view of them but can't help it because of my experiences with them in recent years.

I would be extremely surprised if they actually did help us out to get this skin.

Hope they do something good with our money at least

It's confirmed to be a bug and we will not be allowed a refund.
From support:
"Ashish: Sadly there is no manual option to get the points refunded as this is an in game currency and can sadly not be refunded."
"Ashish: Well the refund is not possible by any means. Simple as that."
