- @EA_Kent No am not seeing any in game icons on my screen just see my character stuttering really badly and it's unplayable so it's got to be a server problem that's causing it

Got it, thanks! Even on a fast connection if there's any packet loss or major ping fluctuations it can cause issues like this. The speed of the connection is just one factor of many. I think we should try running through some troubleshooting steps to see if there's anything we can do to stop this from happening. The best place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website.
Those steps can tackle a lot of the most common issues we see, but if you're still having any trouble after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a try. Thanks again.

- @EA_Kent I've tired everything mate and it's not working still stuttering it only happens on apex no other game dose this and am not losing any packet loss or anything so its got to do with the game #apex legends nothing to do with my Internet because I've had WiFi engineers out and they said it a strong stable connection
