Can't Get Into A Match

Can't even get into the firing range in the game. It just kicks back to the menu screen. This is happening on Steam.

Hey DJSlayer52​, have you had a chance to try verifying files on Steam? I see this has just happened after the update, but that will help make sure those files weren't just corrupted while updating. 

Does this still happen if you switch data centers back at the login screen? I've just loaded into the firing range on Steam myself.

Are you both on Steam as well, or another platform? Which data center are you connecting to?

I did verify the files on steam and it happened even after switching data centers. I'm NA - Central.

I use the EA app and the EU data centre. I've tried swapping data centre, tried repairing the files with the EA app and I'm still getting kicked out when joining a match to the login screen with this same code:truck error since the update.

Glad to hear this is working for you now Selpmis​, it looks like this may have been fixed with a later update.

DJSlayer52​ Are you still seeing the same issue at this point if you restart and check for any other patches or updates? 

Yep, I am getting the same error no matter what I try to do. Out of sync with server (code:truck). I've tested game files, they're fine, I've switched servers, they're fine. There is a thread on Reddit with dozens of people with the same issue.

Just wanted to confirm that we are currently looking into the reports of issues syncing or logging in, often showing up as code:truck. This has cleared up for some, but it definitely looks like that's sticking around a bit longer for others still.

If you haven't already, it may be worth logging out of Steam/EA app (not just closing or restarting them) and back in to try resyncing your sessions. That's helped in a few cases, however in this situation if you're still seeing the same issue afterwards please hang tight while we're investigating.

We'll update as soon as we have any other details, thanks for the patience while we're working to get this cleared up.

Hey EA_Mako​ on steam. Tried verifying game files multiple times. Logged out and in as well multiple times. Still unable to play the game. Is there any hotfix which needs to be rolled out to everyone yet?
