server out of sync, code shoe twice in a row

server out of sync, code shoe twice in a row, lost rating + banned 10 minutes both times.

1. Please just let me reconnect to a game that I dc'd from outside of my own fault.

2. I would like my rating back that I lost if possible.

3. Why does this happen? All the servers had high ping, people in my game were lagging as well, are the servers just * lately?

code:tap, cannot reconnect to the the game, happens multiple times during each evening while playing 10-20 sessions, in storm point it happens like 50% of all game I join, code:water, code😕hoe, code:tap, getting them all on that map, what a joke of a * * game, and no response or acknowledgement of what a shitshow this trash game is
