setting a larger streaming budget apex 112 mb - I have 2GB - Super Low FPS

Hey guys! 

Im a lower end pc gamer. 

I just came back to apex and the game was fine(ish), around 40 FPS. 

I followed a settings guild to try to improve FPS - After the settings change (windowns and Nvidia control panel settings) i started getting the "setting a larger streaming budget apex 112 mb" massage on the settings panel  while I have 2 gb vram and the game barely loads and runs on 10 FPS☹️ - While i have 2 gb vram.

I used a windows restore point to roll back to before the setting changes that i played with and even reinstalled the game☹️ Nothing helped. 

The game was running on 40+ FPS in the morning and after a slight settings changes that were rolled back the game is unplayable☹️ 

It seems like the game stopped recognizing my video card/2gb vram and now i get 5-10 FPS game play and the game takes for ever to load. Its super frustrating to go from 40+FPS to an unplayable 5-10 fps☹️ 

Any ideas?
