My case has been closed and has No Fix on it, ive tried to resume the case and get into a chat and it just sends me back to the help screen with which game to pick on.
This has been infuriating. EA is a joke.

They actually had the chutzpah to close my case and mark it as fixed without fixing anything. I will be filing a complaint with the national consumer rights ombudsman if this * doesn't get resolved.

Did you hear back from them yet? I did file a case of this same issue, and there has been no fix since 4/16. It sucks im not the only one going through this… I was informed to wait but how long before they forget and sweep it under the rug? It appears that way already I’m not gonna lie :/
