click on windows button + R and type CMD
1- type ipconfig/release
2- type ipconfig/renew
then Download TCPOptimizer, you can see how to use it on youtube

i already did all the ways, i used to get 110-150 after the way i posted, it shows 15-50 I hope you find it hopefully.

The CMD option you listed didn't seem to do anything however after downloading TCPOptimiser, it did increase my download speed by a small amount, but didnt do anything to help Apex Legends, it is stuck at 150-180ms.
Both youtube videos were generic ways to increase the internet speeds at your home but both didn't work for me. I feel as though this must have something to do with Apex Servers if multiple people have been having the same problem.

Hey i am from QLD and i am having the same issue on PC, its only been since season 5 update. My pc itself is not the issue.
Singapore is now unplayable my game runs better connecting to NA servers now.. i have uninstalled and reinstalled both originand apex iv looked into my internet connection and there is no problem there so im confused as to what has changed

this usually sorts itself out within 4 to 5 days but this has been going on for about a week and a half now and i have to wait about 20-30 mins for a game its 100% an apex problem all my other games aren"t doing this
