Skins missing on account

Returning player, havnt played in a few years. 
Missing Blue Fade skin on RE45 
I had reported this issue previously a few years back but it naver got resolved 

Me and a few friends all hopped back on after a while each noticing missing skins or heirlooms 
In my case the only skin i care about lossing is my Blue Fade Re45
