Slow scrolling speed when using Loba's blackmarket or looting deathbox

My scrolling speed is painfully slow when I use Loba's blackmarket or loot any deathbox. After each full scroll on my scroll wheel, the menu just dropped by 3-4 item slots. It gives me lots of troubl...
