Slow start up and longer time rendering in game items

My game usually starts in no time from the Respawn screen to the apex loading screen and choosing the servers..etc today when i started the game it took a good solid 2 to 3 minutes to move to each ...

Specs on the DVD box state 512mbs. I have, 4g NVidia why am I getting wild fluctuating frame rates. Thinking of uninstalling Origin and game connecting my DVD running in stall from my disks. Real pain as it means I have to discount one G:\ where my Bethesda games are. this will cause immense trouble for me. Can Origin not patch this frame rate as problem reports from NVidia FPS checking.
