    get Revo Uninstaller, free version works fine 🙂

    Try to finde this prog "MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta" It helped me to delete VC++ that I couldn't

      Just go in the _installer folder of apex
      Try to repair or install every vc redist
      uninstall the one which gives an error on repairing
      again run the setup of that redist which is giving an error
      (If error is occouring in vc 2015 uninstall vc 2017 and 2015
      Then run the vc 2015 setup in apex folder)

        You can delete the vc from "uninstall or change a program" in control panel
