Something went wrong please close the application and try again

I am having a problem linking my Twitch Prime account and my EA account. When I go to the Twitch Prime Apex Legends and click on "Link Accounts to use loot" Enter my Email and Password and click "Yes...

@GrandWolfz EA been EA... post a link for Support that helps *... almost one year with the same problem
