Sounds slowly disappear before freezing
Before my game would just freeze and I fixed it with refreshing my windows and reinstalling it. Repaired it a few times and it was up and running. But, now after the update for the Grand Soiree event, the sounds slowly disappear and then freeze. It gave me this error(attached a screenshot). I have repaired this game 3 times and still experience this problem. If anyone could help me, that would be great. I just want to play with my friends again 🙂

It looks like your video card drivers are a bit out of date. Can you try updating them when you've got a chance to see if that helps at all? You can find more info on how to install the newest drivers over at the EA Help website.
