Steam Apex Crashes on Startup & Nothing Will Fix It

I've been having this issue since well over a day since the 17th of June or maybe even earlier since I didn't launch the game for a few days. The season 13 splash screen shows up when I launch the game, it's in the normal fullscreen mode. The screen goes to black and starts to load with the 3 red banners on the side with the Apex logo and after about 2 seconds I can see the animation stuttering and shortly after the game hard crashes. No error screen, no windows troubleshooting reporter, it just quits and goes back to the Steam homepage.

This is a probably incomplete list of everything I've tried;

- Verified Integrity of files

- Repaired the EAS service

- Deleted the r5apex.exe and all EAS files and verified through steam seperately

- Reinstalled through steam

- Reinstalled on EA App
- Updated windows and amd drivers

- Switched accounts on steam

- Removed a bunch of friends as per a different thread

- Removed steam launch options (The -novid option just jumped forward to the red apex loading but still crashed)

- Added the preload launch option

- Clean-booted my computer with absolutely nothing except windows services running

- Cleaned up the registry with ccleaner

- Ran windows defender scan

- Checked in the details tab of task manager if the process priority or affinity of r5apex was weird (It wasn't)

- Disabled fullscreen optimization and turned on turn as adminitrator for the r5apex process

- Turned on windows 7 compatibility mode

- Turned off XMP memory in my system BIOS

Literally NOTHING has worked so far and I am genuinely at a loss right now. If you have even the slightest idea of how to fix this please let me know!
