@TTV_infusey not to further be of annoyance but some other things you can try:
-update windows to version 19042 if you havent already
-install intel driver and support assistant and check if you are running latest driver for your motherboard
-run cmd and enter sfc /scannow
-disable xmp profile and run standard intel 2666mhz ram speed (enable it back if it doesnt change anything)
-make sure windows energy plan is set to high performance you can also try the plan balanced.. nevertheless there is an option on max cpu usage.. maybe you can limit it to 98% or set a min max like 0-80%
-try changing windows processor scheduling discussed in this article:

-lower polling rate/dpi on mouse and keyboard
-lower the sample rate of your audio device to 44khz/16bit
revert any changes that dont work and just wait till a patch comes from respawn.. there's too many players experiencing this issue
