Still missing badges
Has there been any word on the fixing of missing badges that were earned by purchasing battlepasses? I have been stripped of almost all of my badges because of the AI generated system. I would like to speak to someone about this that can help resolve this issue. If they can go and help the bigger names to retrieve all of their stuff that they earned and paid for fair and square then why cant the smaller names get what they deserve as well?
Hey folks, I'm not sure why the thought is that this is being swept under the rug - it is not.
I understand the concern especially over badges that are no longer available, but as mentioned before, Respawn is currently investigating ways to get these badges returned in situations where they cannot be re-earned in-game. That will be happening in the future and is not something that can be addressed manually one account at a time.
We'll be sure to mirror any announcements that are made to make sure everyone is aware, but until the point that such an announcement is made, we wouldn't have more details to share at this time.
For badges that cannot be obtained again due to their nature - e.g. a badge awarded for completing a former season’s Battle Pass or achieving a particular rank in an old season - Respawn continues to investigate returning these badges to affected users in the future.
We will communicate further about this investigation and its outcome at a later date.
