Hi, today I wanted to buy Apex Coins through Steam. The payment went through successfully, but when I tried to purchase them in Apex Legends, the in-game store kept crashing. I can't buy any Apex Coins at all. Does anyone know how to fix this, please?

If your Steam Wallet payment went through but the Apex store crashes when trying to buy Apex Coins, please first check your Steam purchase history to see whether the Apex Coins transaction was actually completed.
If Steam only added funds to your wallet and no Apex Coins purchase was made, please try restarting Steam and Apex, then attempt the purchase again later.
If the Apex Coins purchase was completed but the coins didn’t arrive, please gather your Steam receipt or transaction ID and contact our support team so they can review it.
For the store crash, please also try verifying your game files and making sure Steam Overlay is enabled for Apex. If it still crashes, let us know whether it happens when opening the store or only when confirming the purchase.
