Stuck in Lobby/ Can't Join Party / Losing Friends

I have an issue with joining parties with friends and making sure I actually join the game with the friends.

It sometimes looks like I am in the lobby for them, when I am not seeing them on my end.

Sometimes we all are in the lobby, and it doesn't seem like we all are readied up, but it still goes into the game.

Sometimes we all are readied up, and I don't get into the game, and their legends show in a match while I can only unready and leave the lobby.

We may play a couple games together, and then out of no where it will happen again.

It has become a big issue with all the group of friends i do play with. Since I may have to request them to back out of the lobby to recreate a new lobby, while i go back to the main menu, come back, join another friend who is already in a game, leave, only to make sure I can actually get into the same lobby with the group a friends that are waiting for me.

It's as bad as it sounds. You can guess I don't keep the same friends for too long...

This connection issue has been going on for a number of seasons, and I don't remember when it started. I tried deleting the game, opening up ports. I only have this issue with Apex, as any other game works as it should.
