Hi there, @yohinny
Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help. It would be good to make sure your equipment was properly power cycled. To do that, follow these steps - unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know what happens.
If you feel your account was hacked, please see the following article for help. Thanks!
Hello and thanks for coming back to me.
I did try this earlier, happy to do so again. However I know its not an Internet issue since COD II is working on multiplayer and its matching up with no lag or other. Plus my speeds are high with fibre broadband.
Any other advise would be gratefully appreciated 🙏

The best I can do is troubleshoot your connection. If you're getting a message about not being able to connect, it's most likely internet related. I'd suggest checking with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. If you'd like to go through some connection troubleshooting, let me know. Otherwise, it would be good to contact an advisor regarding potentially being hacked. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo thank you, however I've tested ny Internet all day, speeds haven't varied too much, running on 301mpb currently. Other multilayer online games work, with mass property needs. These are fine (such as COD)
The error message just received is something apex has always struggled with on many platforms so is common bug on apex side. This isn't the fault on my main post.
My Internet provider isn't have any issues.
Does it sounds like something you cannot advise on further? And maybe fear I have been hacked?
Feel although I've suggested things which makes you latch onto rather than the matchmaking issue itself.
I need your advisors to check my account I think its the only way forward. Please let me know if you need any further info from me.

This is not an account issue, but you're welcome to contact an advisor and discuss this by opening a case here.
Speed isn't the issue. A fast connection is great, but that doesn't guarantee a stable connection. It's like a driving a race car over a road full of potholes. Sure, the car is fast, but it's only as fast as the road it's on.
Unfortunately, I can't help if you don't want to go through any troubleshooting. Just let me know if you change your mind, but I'm heading out for the weekend in about 20 minutes so it would be best to contact support for assistance if you'd like to do any troubleshooting.
