Stuck in "Matchmaking"

I have recently downloaded the game upon my friend's recommendation and first few days was ok but today it got stuck in the infinite matchmaking (like i waited for 15min to 30min)  and just won't start a single match.

Kindly fix this issue as fast as possible.
