Appeal says overturn but still banned
Its pretty straight forward based off the title. I've tried appealing my perma ban due to the fact my account was hacked first two times didn't work because i couldn't resume the case and i thought this time would be the same never the less the appeal says overturn. Im assuming this means the bans being overturned but im still banned don't really know what to do. Please help.
maxrfain00 As mentioned in your previous thread, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team regarding the ban as it sadly cannot be handled on the forums.
Furthermore, in your screenshots, it looks like the account was banned twice, (and only one of those bans were overturned). If that was the case, you would need to dispute the other ban with the EA TOS Team.
